1. Scope
These terms govern use of the RipGlow website and the members-only portal. For members, they supplement — and do not replace — the operating agreement and any subscription documents you have signed with the company.
2. Accounts and access
Member logins are personal. Keep your credentials confidential, change any temporary password promptly, and tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. We may suspend access to protect members or the company.
3. Confidential information
The member area contains confidential company information, including performance data, capitalization details, member information, and projections. Except as your member agreements permit, do not copy, share, or redistribute member-area content outside the membership.
4. No investment, tax, or legal advice
Information on this site is provided for company, member, and licensing communication. It is not investment advice, an offer to sell securities, or tax or legal advice. Performance figures may be simulated (paper trading is labeled as such and is not real money), estimated, or projected; projections are not promises of returns.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site, other members' accounts, or underlying systems.
6. Changes
When these terms materially change we will publish the new version here and ask members to accept it at their next sign-in.
