Information you give us directly: your name and email when you sign up for updates or send a licensing inquiry, and your member account details (name, email, notification preferences) if you are a member. Standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser information) are produced by our hosting infrastructure.
2. How we use it
To operate the site and member portal, respond to inquiries, send the updates you asked for at the cadence you chose, and meet our obligations to members. We do not sell personal information and we do not run third-party advertising.
3. Where it lives
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (site hosting and a managed database) under their security controls, plus our own access restrictions. Member financial pages are restricted to authenticated members.
4. Your choices
Members can change notification preferences and passwords on the account page. Anyone can ask us to remove their update-signup information by contacting us through the usual channel.
5. Changes
Material changes to this notice will be published here, and members will be asked to acknowledge the new version at their next sign-in.
